1. What is the purpose of this Wiki?

The purpose of this wiki is to explain and give examples of what new technology is in the classroom

The person created an account on wiki spaces and created the wiki.

       4.What would you add to it?

I would add more current events and ways to use the technology.

       5.What did you learn from it?

I learned that wikis can make people work together to create a reliable resource on a specific topic.

       6.If you had to create a Wiki with a team, what would be the specific topic(s)?

It would be about school sports and there stats.

       7. How can Wikis be used in the classroom or in education?

Wikis  can be used in education by letting students connect with each other and learning at the same time 

Wiki Questions

1. How can a wiki be used a current class on your schedule (not this course)? Pick a class and be specific how the class could create and use a Wiki on a regular basis (tip: Use the Internet, here is a good source).

A wiki can be used in social studies class because the whole class can contribute to one whole document. The class could use the wiki to make great study guides and to post homework questions. 

       2. What are the benefits of using a wiki in class

• Everyone can see any info from the class
• It can provide reliable info
• Make a class technology advanced

       3. How can we create a wiki in this class, what would be contribute to it and how would be utilize it on an on-going basis?

You can make the wiki during the class period by making each student make a account. You can have them make one wiki or document and share it with all the students and teacher. Each student could add topics and answers each night.

        4. What experience do you have using or creating wikis?

I have some experience using wikis but I do not have an account on any wiki

Nintendo 2DS goes crystal for retro-styled specials

Two new Nintendo 2DS' are coming out on November 21, 2014. It comes in two colors pink and blue and it has a retro design because it is transparent. The whole unit is one big device that does not fold, like the previous models. The 2DS should be a big hit and get many young kids to play games on it.

Summer Vacation 2015

North Carolina (Outer Banks)

This summer my family and all of my cousins are going on a big family vacation to North Carolina. We will probably stay in the small town of Corolla. Corolla has the nicest beach and the biggest houses on the island. There are also many shops and activities you can do on the whole island like wave running or jet skiing.
